Cincinnati Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers – Andrew Abbott vs. Dustin May

The Milwaukee Brewers, leading baseball with 88 wins, will send Dustin May to the mound against Cincinnati's Andrew Abbott on Saturday night. May has struggled since being acquired from St. Louis at the trade deadline, allowing 14 earned runs in 19.2 innings, though the Brewers view him primarily as a way to preserve their other pitchers' workload heading into the postseason. Abbott will attempt to snap a poor stretch that has seen him post a 6.89 ERA with 24 earned runs over 31.1 innings since August began. First pitch is scheduled for 6:40 PM ET at Great American Ball Park.
