Reds Not Expected To Make Leadership Changes

Despite a disappointing season, the Reds have no plans for major front office or managerial changes. President of baseball operations Nick Krall told the Cincinnati Enquirer he has already discussed the situation with ownership and does not anticipate significant changes in either the baseball operations department or the dugout, where manager Terry Francona is in his second season. Krall acknowledged the team's struggles and said responsibility for improving the roster falls on him, while indicating the organization intends to retool rather than rebuild around a core that includes Chase Burns, Elly De La Cruz, and Sal Stewart.
