Reds Sign Dominic Fletcher To Minor League Deal

The Reds signed outfielder Dominic Fletcher to a minor league contract, with the 29-year-old assigned to Triple-A Louisville. Fletcher had triggered a release clause with the Pirates in August and elected free agency before signing with Cincinnati. The former Diamondbacks draft pick struggled significantly with the White Sox in 2024, batting .206 with a .508 OPS over 72 games, though he showed improved numbers in limited September action and excelled in Triple-A with the Pirates this year, posting a wRC+ 30% above league average over 63 games.
